You have 30 days from the date you RECEIVE your order to request a return for a full refund. This applies to all products whether opened or unopened.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it ships by contacting us immediately at (888) 420-5910 or support@premiumhairfashionshop.com. Once your order has shipped it cannot be canceled — please use our return process instead.
